Nether Spirit Archetype (Fully Scripted)  (Read 7436 times)

This is one my first archetypes ever made. Nether Spirit is a Trap-based deck that focuses on Xyz Summoning. Almost every card in the Main deck is a Trap, save for the Field Spell, which is the most important card in the deck, and their only Quickplay Spell. The deck can put up a decent amount of disruption and has a lot of good draw power...with the Field Spell. Without it though, this deck moves at a snail's pace and is significantly weaker. My advice... eliminate the field spell as soon as possible.

Nether Spirit Empire
Field Spell
Your opponent cannot Tribute face-up "Nether Spirit" monsters you control. You can activate "Nether Spirit" Trap cards from your hand. When this card is activated: Add 1"Nether Spirit" card from your Deck to your hand. You cannot Special Summon monsters during the turn you activate this card, except "Nether Spirit" monsters.You can only use this effect of "Nether Spirit Empire" once per turn

Nether Spirit Smother
Quick Play Spell
This turn, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to "Nether Spirit" Trap Cards or effects. You can only activate 1 "Nether Spirit Infernal Howl" once per turn.

Nether Spirit Creation
Special Summon 1 Rank 4 or lower "Nether Spirit" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, then attach this card to it as an Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon) During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY; draw 1 card. (This is not a Quick Effect.) You cannot Special Summon monsters during the turn you activate either of this card's effects, except "Nether Spirit" monsters. You can only activate "Nether Spirit Creation" once per turn.

Nether Spirit Calling
Add 1 "Nether Spirit Creation" from your Deck or GY to your hand. During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your GY, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can add 1 of your banished "Nether Spirit" cards to your hand, except "Nether Spirit Calling". You can only activate 1 "Nether Spirit Calling" per turn.

Nether Spirit - Sun Warrior
Special Summon this card as an Normal monster. (Pyro-Type/Effect/Fire/Level 4/ATK 1500/DEF 0) If this card leaves the Monster Zone: Excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, and if you do, add 1 "Nether Spirit" card among them, also shuffle the rest back into the Deck. (This is also still a Trap Card) You can only activate 1 "Nether Spirit - Sun Warrior" per turn.

Nether Spirit Flame Charge
Target 1 "Nether Spirit" Xyz Monster on the field; attach this card to it as an Xyz Material. While this card is attached to an Xyz Monster as Xyz Material, that card gains this effect:
-This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.
You can only activate 1 "Nether Spirit Flame Charge" per turn.

Nether Spirit Flame Pillar
Activate only if you control a "Nether Spirit" monster. Target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish that target. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 3 of your banished "Nether Spirit" cards, except "Nether Spirit Flame Pillar"; shuffle those targets into the Deck, then draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Nether Spirit Flame Pillar" once per turn.

Nether Spirit Hidden Armory
Target 1 "Nether Spirit" card in your GY; add it to your hand, then banish this card. During either player's turn, you can banish this card from your GY; activate 1 "Nether Spirit Empire" directly from your Deck or hand.

Nether Spirit Rebirth
Target 1 "Nether Spirit" Xyz monster in your GY; Special Summon it. If a "Nether Spirit" monster you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect. you can banish this card from your GY instead.

Rank-Up-Trap Nether Spirit Sigil
Target 1 "Nether Spirit" Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon 1 "Nether Spirit" Xyz from your Extra Deck, but 1 Rank higher, by using it as an Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned Monster). Then, draw 1 card.

Nether Spirit - Kakos
Rank 1 FIRE Pyro 1800 ATK/0 DEF
Must first be Special Summoned by a "Nether Spirit" Trap Card.
If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: you can target 1 "Nether Spirit" Trap card in your GY; attach it to this card as an Xyz Material. This card gains 500 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to this card.

Nether Spirit - Vulcan
Rank 2 FIRE Pyro 1000 ATK/0 DEF
Must first be Special Summoned by a "Nether Spirit" Trap Card. Once per turn, you can target 1 "Nether Spirit" Trap card in your GY; attach it to this card as an Xyz Material. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to this card.

Nether Spirit - Ardanus
Rank 3 FIRE Pyro 1500 ATK/0 DEF
Must first be Special Summoned by a "Nether Spirit" Trap Card.
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then banish 1 "Nether Spirit" card from your GY; add 1 "Nether Spirit" card from your Deck to your hand with a different name. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up "Nether Spirit" Xyz monster you control; attach this card to it as an Xyz Material.

Nether Spirit - Logi
Rank 4 FIRE Pyro 2000 ATK/0 DEF
Must first be Special Summoned by a "Nether Spirit" Trap Card.
Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate its effects, then if the target was a Monster, this card gains ATK equal to half the target's ATK.

Nether Spirit - Fujin
Rank 5 FIRE Pyro 1900 ATK/0 DEF
Must first be Special Summoned by a "Nether Spirit" Trap Card.
Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 2 cards on the field; banish them. This card gains 100 ATK for each banished card.

Ashen Nether Spirit - Barystyr
Link 2 FIRE Pyro 1000 ATK
2 "Nether Spirit" monsters
If this card is Link Summoned: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 "Nether Spirit" monster in your GY; Special Sumon it to a zone this card points to. Each time a "Nether Spirit" Trap Card is activated, place 1 Ash Counter on this card when that card resolves. Gains 500 ATK for each Ash Counter on this card. When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can remove 2 Ash Counters from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card.


The last card I made was a joke card that exiles cards, by it is Rank 6 and takes a long time to summon so just uh.... don't be too harsh on me.

Nether Spirit - Infinite Ends
Rank 6 DIVINE Pyro 3000 ATK/0 DEF
Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field; remove that target from the duel.

The cdb file also needs to be fixed as well.
