GUIDELINES AND GENERAL CONDUCT RULES. - READ THEM CAREFULLY

Now these new and updated set of rules starts applying in 5/14/2017 from the time this thread is posted. These new rules also apply to

Facebook, Deviantart, Youtube, Discord, and this forum. As many members as this community gets, there might be new issues, and new problems, these rules will keep these problems away into a new set of peaceful pace, and a "living together" enviroment.

0-0 Moderators, Super Moderators and Administrators have every right to enforce these rules, and punish accordingly to the rules.
I-General Conduct:

• For starters, treat members the way you want to be treated. This doesn't need any further explaination, It's on you if people treat you bad.
• Drama is the least thing we want, please, no more Drama,any drama attempt will get you either warned or banned.
• We do not encourage making cards to target a certain user(s) directly (e.g. Anti-VINE, Anti-Lunar Phase). Any evidence of purposefully doing so will result in a verbal warning or worse if found undeniable.
• Making Names/Avatars on discord OR Changing Avatars/Signatures that target a certain user(s) with the intent of disturbing or disrespecting them is not allowed, any conduct will have their name changed/ or profile cleared, also, you may get an instant ban if you keep doing the same offense after 20% Warning.
• Bashing people for their creation(s) is not allowed. Come on now, not everyone can do arts/custom cards, it would be better to help them with a constructive critisim rather than destructive talk (e.g your stuff is trash, your cards are garbage, you draw like some mentally illed child.....). If you have nothing helpful or neutral to say on the matter, don't post on the matter at all.
• You don't have to like someone's artworks, however, you cannot make fun of them or their arts just because it does not meet your criteria, or compare them unfairly.
• Staff members are just normal people with special powers, and because they're helping you with your cards/ issues with other members, it is not an easy task to do, if you don't like a staff member for this and that, you don't have to like them, but staff disrespect in any form or shape is disallowed.
• No Mini-Modding allowed.
• Pinging someone against their will is disallowed, unless they're staff members, and the ping is for an actual reason, random pinging or Provokative pinging will get you either warned or banned.
• Do not call people names, do not insult them, their cards, or their families, doing so will get you double warned.
• False call to Moderators or Administrators is like "Cry Wolf" prank, they will not take any action in response, or they will take an action against YOU if you repeat the offense.

II-Posting:

• While posting on Forums, make sure your post is not short, (e.g a post with less than 5 characters, one emoji).
• On Forums, do not spam with post is full of emojis, or dots, while on Discord, anything that is not in #Spam_bot is considered Against the rules, and it'll be deleted upon sight, the maximum Different emojis you can have in a discord post is 5, and shouldn't be random emojis, also, many posts that contain only meaningless dots is also considered a rule-breaking spam.
  
• If a Automated bot spams the forum, immediately report them to the Staff upon sight.
• Advertising outside signatures is not allowed, while on Discord, only in #media and #spam_bot, and only 1 post per week.
• Excessive memes on forums is not allowed, memes should not posted outside #media or #spam_bot channels on Discord.
• Reactions are a nice feature, however, abusing this feature in which results to a spam outside #spam_bot channel will result to that post's reaction(s) removal, followed by a board/discord warning.
  
• Please Keep the Emoji Spam inside the #media or #spam_bot Channels, we don't want a row(s) of spammy What's everyone up to emojis, also,  try to keep non-Ygopro images or links to videos to #spam_bot  or #media unless it includes how to install cards, or bug reporting, Sharing made cards, fanfics, or any form of artworks are exlcuded from this rule.
• Links to torrents/Ripped DVDs, Anime Stream, Pirated Sfotware, NSFW links, or any other inappopriate media is not allowed.
• Do not spoil any other form of media outside #media, people did not watch/read/play it yet.
• Necrobump is not allowed, especially with an irrelevant content, instead, make a new thread.

III-Custom Cards:

• Scripting Team members/Degree will not answer to any Private/Direct Message you send that you request a card to be coded, especially that card in question is Anime or manga card, spamming their inbox will deprive you from DM/Private Messaging features, repeating the offense will get you banned, if you want a scripting help, use #scripting channel on discord requesting help only on Custom cards.
• Reviewing your cards is Quality Control and Balance Team member's utmost duty, however, your cards are not their first priority, Spamming their inbox with requests will deprive you from DM/Private Messaging features, repeating the offense will get you banned.
• Pop culture cards are allowed, but they must remain balanced even if breaking their canonical power scaling. Just because you make a One Punch Man card, does not mean that it can auto win games.

IV-Account:

• Only 1 account per member, making alternative accounts to dodge a mute or a ban will have your alternative account banned.
• Using proxy to access an IP banned account will also get you banned from where you accessed.
• Do not request account deletion, we will not do it, just because you leave, doesn't oblige us to delete your account.
• Do not login with "Auto Login" or "remember me" on while using shared computers, it's not our responsibility for banning your account if one of your friends or relatives unawarely breaks the rules.
• Making offensive usernames will be automatically censored.

Warnings:
Mute (does not demote any current staff member)
2 Discord / 20% Here = Ban For 1 Week.
4 Discord/ 40% Here = Ban for 3 Weeks.
6 Discord/ 60% Here = Ban for 2 Months.
8 Discord /80% Here = 1 Year Ban /Possible Permanent Ban.
10 Discord /100% Here = Permanent Ban
