CPU & HDD Rework [Partially Scripted][Potential Rework]

Description:
CPU & HDD is an archetype mainly focused around OTKing, it is glass cannon for the most part, needing to over extend and exhaust its materials to achieve an OTK. It has very few going 1st options (2 monsters that have negation, 2 that has protection to an extent[1 of these monsters is also one of the negation monsters, so only 3 total monsters have these effects], 2 Counter Trap Cards, and a field spell that provides targeting protection).

HDD Noire, Vert, Neptune, and Blanc are mostly scripted, they just need 1 change to their scripts. Both Plutia HDD Plutia are partially scripted, but not complete. Both Peashy is not started, neither is Rei Ryghts. Quick Escape needs 1 change to its script. This is a total of 10 6 5 4 Partially/Unscripted cards.

The Following is now fully scripted, and should be working:
HDD Noire, Black Heart
HDD Vert, Green Heart
HDD Neptune, Purple Heart
HDD Blanc, White Heart
CPU Gear: Quick Escape
Plutia, CPU Goddess

Additional Remarks

Advantages:

Has a high chance of OTKing, if left unchecked can easily overwhelm with field presence.

Some negation options that allow for first turn plays, making the deck not entirely glass cannon once set up.

The Fusions are great multi-tools, the Link 3's being good for pushing OTK potential.

Disadvantages:

requires very specific cards to start up, mainly Neptune + a CPU (most likely Blanc), + Uni.

Few recovery options if stopped, Neptune, Sharicite Shard, and Uzume is the only bound back cards to an extent.

very closed off to its own archetype, cannot use outside cards without losing all of it's plays.
