Additions to the game -
1) New point-based resource - Runic Power
2) New monster stat   - Rune Slots
3) New monster ability   - Infused
4) New card type    - Rune Card
5) New base card    - Rune Forge
6) New PSCT & Runeslot Bonuses
7) New cards to start the mechanic

||======================================||

1) Runic Power:
Tied to each player.
Generated via effects like LP and is spendable like LP as a cost.

||======================================||

2) Runeslots:
Monsters can now have the following extra stat.
This is written as Runeslots: x at the top of the effect, but underneath Summoning Materials.
This cannot be negated and is treated like ATK or DEF. It is included in the card effect in a separate line like monster materials. This number is able to be modified like a monsters ATK and DEF.
The maximum number of runeslots a card can have is 3.

||======================================||

3) Infused:
Monsters can now have this as a new ability.
This ability adds the following effects:
You can send this card from your hand or field to the GY: gain RP equal to this card's ATK.
A monster summoned from the Extra Deck using this card as material, or a monster summoned by tributing this card (either for a tribute or ritual summon) gains 1 Runeslot.

||======================================||

4) Rune Card:
These cards do not exist in your Deck or Extra Deck by default. They are created by the "Rune Forge" card by spending RP. They are exiled from the game upon being sent to the GY, hand or deck.
They have a "Runic Cost" which is the cost required to create them from the Rune Forge.
They all are able to attach themselves to monsters with Rune Slots.
While Embedded they are treated as being Xyz Material (if attached to an Xyz monster).

There are 3 (well, kinda 7, but they're all one of these) kind of Rune Cards

Red    - Power
These are runes which give the monster they're attached to effects that do one of the following:
1) Removes an opponent's card from the field.
2) Increases ATK.
3) Increases damage done.
4) Does damage via effect.
or similar effects.

Blue    - Resilience
These are runes which give the monster they're attached to effects that do one of the following:
1) Can't be destroyed by x
2) Unaffected by x
3) Cannoted by targetted by x
4) Increases DEF.
or similar effects.

Yellow   - Utility
These can essentially be anything which aren't listed in the above Runetypes. This could include:
1) Move a card from your Deck to another place.
2) Move a card from your GY to another place.
3) Return cards you control to the hand.
4) Effect amplifiers.
or similar effects.

NOTE: Effects that negate cards can technically fall under any of these types depending on the functionality of the negating effect. If it negates any of your opponent card activations, it would be a Power Rune. If it negated an opponent's effect that would destroy a card, it would be a Resilience effect. If it negates a negative effect of the attached monster, it might be a Utility Rune. This is flexable, but should be maintained to remain within the Rune types, in order to maintain mechanical integrity. Having a Blue Rune that negates any of your opponent's cards, even if reactionary, isn't really a defensive effect.

NOTE2: That said, if a Rune grants more than 1 effect of different types, it is able to be of 2 types at once. If a card increased ATK and DEF, it would be both Red and Blue (Purple).

Note3:  Runes that of all colours are called the following for the purposes of PSCT.
   Red + Blue   - Purple
   Red + Yellow   - Orange
   Blue + Yellow    - Green
   Red + Blue + Yellow   - Prismatic

||======================================||

5) Rune Forge:
The card is placed face-up in the extra deck at the start of the duel and is unaffected by card effects.

Passive Effects:
During the Draw Phase, gain 500 RP.

Activated Effects:
1) Check Runic Power: Tells you your Runic Power.

2) Generate Rune:
Select a Rune with a Runic Cost lower than your current RP. Add that rune to your extra deck, face-up.

3) Add Runeslot:
You can pay 1000 RP: Target 1 monster you control with less than 3 Runeslots; Add 1 Runeslot to that monster.

||======================================||
