By unpopular demand: The British Upper Class has been resurrected as a one-of generic Time Leap (Its an old card that found Xarc interesting and willingly scripted it)

Your opponent has a card in their GY - Zombie or Machine monster
You can also Time Leap Summon this card using a Level 3 Zombie monster, or a Level 5 Machine monster, as material. If this card is Time Leap Summoned while there are 3 or less monsters in your GY: You can send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the GY. Once per turn, at the start of the Battle Phase: You can target 1 banished Zombie or Machine monster; return it to the GY, and if you do, you can apply 1 of the following effects based on it's type.
●Zombie: Choose 1 monster your opponent controls, and until the end of the next turn, you gain control of it, also, it becomes a Zombie monster.
●Machine: Draw 1 card.
