Level 4 WATER Fairy Effect Monster
If a Level 4 monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, it becomes Level 8. Cannot be destroyed by battle, except with monsters with the same Level as this card. If this card on the field is banished: You can return this card to the GY, and if you do, add 1 "Stellar VINE" card from your Deck or that is banished to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Jackie, Maiden of Stellar VINE" once per turn.
