So as you may already know, we have a server that could handle both TCG/OCG cards and CC cards dueling. However, since it works quite different from Percy's server, I, as the owner of the server, finds it necessary to talk about it in depth.
Without further ado, let's start.
What do I need to connect to our Terra server?You need
YGOPRO, any version with a Version Number higher than 1.034.1 (
Percy, DevPRO, EdoPro, YGOCORE (Including the KoishiPRO branch shared in the Discord Server), YGOPRO2, etc) will do as long as it has the
LAN Mode option.
Choose that option, type in the following into it:
HostIP: 23.254.201.48 (alternatively: ygocc.kagari.party) 7911Password: <see below for details>If you type nothing in the password field, you'll be matched up with random people who did the same.
Which will be a single round, 8000 LP, 180sec turn time, TCG 2017.4 list.
(There is a possibility that you'll be matched into a Tag or match room given if one made one without specifying a room name, see below for how to make these rooms yourself.)
Of course, this alone may not enable you to use custom cards, to get full access to our QC'ed custom cards and everything needed to use them, please download the repo from here:
https://github.com/YGOCC/Terra/and extract its contents into your YGOPRO installation. The repo, together with the custom files on the server, will update from time to time. So make sure you got the newest files!
Regarding the Password field:You noticed that you don't need to put anything into that field to work, however, if you want to host a room, or change the rules, or play with AI, etc, you need to type parameters into the field.
a password generally consists of 2 sections:
[Parameter1], [Parameter2],...[ParameterN]#<Roomname>
Parameters are
not case sensitive and are separated using a comma, while everything after the # symbol is the room name and
is case sensitive.
As long as you're connecting with the same parameters and the same room name, you'll end up in the same room.
If you only provide a room name without the # symbol, a room with the default settings (Which will be a single round, 8000 LP, 180sec turn time, TCG 2017.4 list.) will be made.
Do note that the maximum length of the password field is 20 characters, anything more than that will be discarded, if you want to modify a lot of rules, it's best to use the shortened form of the parameters.
Here is a list of all available parameters, what they do, and the shortened form of those parameters.

Usage: Enter a room with a random AI, additionally, use AI#<AI Name> to duel against a specific AI, a list of current AIs and the deck they use is listed at the End of this thread.
Parameter: N/A
Shortened form: S
Usage: Force enters a room with Single rules, used on its own to ensure you don't randomly match into Tag/Match rooms.
Parameter: MATCH
Shortened form: M
Usage: Enter a room with Match rules. i.e. best of 3 and side. Can be used on its own without a room name to open a Random Match room.
Parameter: TAG
Shortened form: T
Usage: Enter a room with Tag rules with 16000LP. i.e. 2vs2. Can be used on its own without a room name to open a Random Tag room.
Parameter: TIME{x}
({x} is a number in minutes)Shortened form: TM{x}
Usage: Set the turn time to x minutes, if you timeout you lose.
Defaults to 3.Parameter: LP{x}
({x} is a number between 1 and 99999)Shortened form: N/A
Usage: Set the LP of both players.
Defaults to 8000 in 1v1 games and 16000 in tags.Parameter: START{x}

Master Rule 3. This will make this room a Master Rule 3 room.
Examples of some room passwords:
Password: T#MC
Usage: Creates a Tag duel room with the room name "MC".
Password: M,NC#supercold
Usage: Creates a Match room with the room name "supercold", the room won't check player's decks.
Password: LP4000,LFLIST5#oldschool
Usage: Creates a Single room with 4000LP for both players, using the Generational DM banlist, with the room name "oldschool"
Regarding the AIs on the server:Currently, the following AIs are available, please note that an AI may pilot more than 1 deck, so even if you matched a certain AI, their deck would be different.
this list will be updated as new AIs and decks are added.
AI Name: Cirno
AI Decks: Toad, Rainbow, Nekroz
Description: An Ice Fairy who likes to freeze frogs, this AI runs either a Toadally Awesome based frog deck, a deck based on Mirror Forces and Vanilla monsters, or Full Power Nekroz.
AI Name: Ancients
AI Decks: Dragunity, Zexal Weapon, Rank 5
Description: An AI stuck in the past, it can use decks from the past to defeat you.
AI Name: Mercury
AI Decks: Yousenju, Qliphort, Frogs
Description: Named after the server code's original coder, this AI runs full power Yousenjus and Qliphorts, it also runs a Frog/Toad beatdown deck that focus more on the beatdown aspect.
AI Name: Haruka
AI Decks: Zoodiac, Blue-Eyes, Lightsworn
Description: A Little Busters member who is a troublemaker and always try new things, this AI runs full power Zoodiacs, blue-eyes and Lightsworns. The hardest AI on the server.
AI Name: MS3PKagarin
AI Decks: Horus, CyberDragons, Burn
Description: Named after the Star Spirit and is the mascot of the server itself, it runs OTK and/or burn decks.
Regarding the Banlists on the server:Currently, these banlists are on the server, use the numbers to switch between them with the LFLIST parameter in password field:

Q: I see white cards when dueling with custom cards!
A: Your client's CC card info is outdated, please update by downloading the repo provided above.
Q: I want to use the beta cards on Percy...
A: Currently, the server syncs with Mercury's official card database and beta card database bi-weekly, yes, it's not realtime, but I doubt you'll be running TCG/OCG matches with beta cards on this server a lot, would you?
Q: Why is Percy excluded from the support list?A: Following the update, the server now uses the OCGCORE (what drives YGOPRO) version 1.033.F, which YGOPRO Percy has yet to support.
