Evolute Monsters
Evolute Monster is a new type of monster that exists in the Extra Deck! It thematically revolves around genetic bonding with a brown colored frame! With its unique aspects, E-Cs and Bonds. What are they?
Evolute Summon
Evolute Summoning can be done, by sending 1 or more monsters whose total Levels/Ranks are equal to the Evolute's
you're Summoning to the Graveyard. Materials must at least be matching Attributes and/ or Types to the Evolute Monster's. Bond Evolute Summon follows the same procedure, but keeps the Evolute Monster that is treated as a Material Underneath the new Summoned monster!
Evolute Currency
Shortened as "E-C" are pseudo-counters unique to Evolute Monsters. They are not placed by card effects, and cannot be
removed if the Evolute Monster's effects have been negated. They are placed on the Evolute Summoned monster equal to that monster's Level. They can be also added by other card effects.
Bonding
• Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Bond 1 Evolute Monster to another while face-up on the field, by putting 1 underneath the other. The Bonded Monster that is on the field is receives E-Cs equal to the E-Cs (Evolute Currency) the monster it has as a Bond(s). While the Evolute Monster in its Bonded state, it can apply unique effects if it has a Bond (s) underneath it.
• You can Evolute Summon by Bonding 1 another Evolute Monster on the field, while sending the other materials to the Graveyard. You cannot Severe any Bond(s) as a cost. EVER! Severing can be done by Special Summoning the Bond, unless it cannot be Special Summoned, or was not properly Evolute Summoned in which case, it gets sent to the Graveyard. Which can only done once per turn. Severing can be done to avoid destruction by battle or card effects. Swap Bond is Special Summoning the Bond(s), then Bond the the Evolute Monster that previously had the newly Special Summoned as a Bond to the newly Special Summoned monster. this can be only once per turn.
