Effect:
This card's name becomes "Cyber Dragon" while on the field or in the GY. You can reduce the Level of 1 Level 2 or higher "Cyber Dragon" monster you control by 1; Special Summon this card from the GY, but for the rest of this turn, you can only use "Cyber Dragon" monsters you control as Synchro Materials for a Synchro Summon. You can only use this effect of "Cyber Dragon Null" once per turn.

If this card is sent to the GY: you can target one "Cyber Dragon" monster in your GY; special summon it, and if it was a "Cyber Dragon" XYZ monster, attach this card to it as Xyz material. You can only use each effect of "Cyber Dragon Stellar" once per turn.

Pendulum effect:
During your opponent's turn, when a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can destroy this card, and if you do, negate that activation. You can only use the Pendulum Effect of "Elemental HERO Stardust Neos" once per turn. You can only control 1 "Elemental HERO Stardust Neos".

Monster effect:
"Elemental HERO Neos" + "Stardust Dragon"
Must first be either Fusion Summoned,Special Summoned by shuffeling the above cards you control into the deck (in which case you do not use "Polymerization"), Or Special summoned face up from the extra deck. If this card is Pendulum Summoned: You can target 1 of monsters that was used as material for this card's Fusion Summon that is either banished or in the GY; Shuffle it into the Deck. (Quick Effect): You can place this face-up card you control in your Pendulum Zone, and if you do, Special Summon as many of your monsters that were used as material for this card's Fusion Summon as possible that is banished, in the hand, Deck and GY. You can only use each effect of "Elemental HERO Stardust Neos" once per turn. You can only control 1 "Elemental HERO Stardust Neos".
