YGOCC Custom Mechanic Master List:
Evolute Summoning & Evolute Monsters (Creator: Chadook)
Evolute Monsters are a new kind of monster that rest in the Extra Deck. The main theme of this Summon concerns the Materials with having the same Type and/or Attribute of the card. The following are the main rules regarding how to properly Evolute Summon an Evolute Monster.
1.) The listed Materials must have either the same Type or Attribute as the Evolute Monster.
2.) If Material #x shares the Type, then Material #y must share the Attribute
3.) The total number of Materials needed for the Evolute Monster are listed before the Attribute/Type requirement
4.) Once successfully Evolute Summoned, the Summoned Evolute monster gains Evolute Counters (EC) equal to its Stages. These act similar to Xyz Materials; they gain effects based upon their EC. Also similar to Xyz Monsters, they do not regain their effect utilization if revived from places like the GY.
5.) The Levels/Ranks of the Materials must add to equal the Stage of the Evolute Monster

Pandemonium Summoning & Pandemonium Monsters (Creator: Meedoughnut)
Pandemonium Monsters are a new kind of monster which are resembling of Pendulum. While Pendulum Monsters have the appearance of being half monster-Spell, Pandemonium Monsters have the appearance of being half monster-Trap. The following are the main rules regarding how to properly Pandemonium Summon a Pandemonium Monster.
1.) Once per turn, if you control a face-up activated Pandemonium card, you are able to Pandemonium Summon monsters from your hand or Extra Deck whose Levels are in-between the Pandemonium Scale on the card. You cannot perform a Pendulum Summon and a Pandemonium Summon within the same turn.
2.) Any Pandemonium card sent from the field to the Graveyard is added to the Extra Deck face-up instead.
3.) You can Pandemonium Summon Normal, Effect, Pendulum and Pandemonium Monsters from your hand, but you can only Pandemonium Summon Pandemonium Monsters from your Extra Deck (can be changed via effect on Pendulum Monsters).
-VICE VERSA-
You can Pendulum Summon Normal, Effect, Pendulum and Pandemonium Monsters from your hand, but you can only Pendulum Summon Pendulum Monsters from your Extra Deck (can be changed via effect on Pandemonium Monsters).
4.) You can Set a Pandemonium Monster into an empty S/T Zone from your hand (similar to the Artifact method)
5.) Once the conditions are met for the Pandemonium Monster's Pandemonium Effect, you can activate it as a Trap Card that stays face-up after it resolves.
NOTE: Having a Pandemonium Monster in your S/T Zone that has been activated through the use of it's Pandemonium Effect, you're now able to treat that card as an "activated Pandemonium card"
6.) After you perform a Pandemonium Summon, send your activated Pandemonium card face-up to the Extra Deck.
EXAMPLE:
Galactic Codeman: Pandemonium Zero
Level 8 DARK Machine Pandemonium Effect Monster
Pandemonium Scale = 6-9
[ Pandemonium Effect ]
Once per turn: You can banish 1 Spell/Trap from your GY; destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls. While you control a "Codeman" monster, negate the effects of all activated Pandemonium cards your opponent controls.
----------------------------------------
[ Monster Lore ]
Once per turn: You can target 1 other monster you control; increase it's ATK by 500, and if you do, lower this card's ATK by 500. This card can be Pendulum Summoned from the Extra Deck.
ATK: 3000
DEF: 2000
Pandemonium Zero is a Level 8 Pandemonium Monsters with a Scale 6 and 9 - this means you can Pandemonium Summon Level (7) monsters.
EXAMPLE: (following is not a real card)
Terrordactly
Level 4 EARTH Winged Beast Pandemonium Normal Monster
Pandemonium Scale = 4-9
[ Pandemonium Effect ]
When this card is activated: destroy 1 monster you control. When an EARTH monster leaves the field; inflict damage to both player’s equal to half of the combined ATK of all EARTH monsters on the field.
----------------------------------------
[ Monster Lore ]
This card is said to be one of, if not the most, dangerous creature of its time. Be sure not to steal its food!

DEF: 1700

Polarity Summoning & Polarity Monsters (Creator: Yuji Nakamura)
Polarity Monsters are a new kind of monster that rest in the Extra Deck. The main theme of this Summon concerns the Polarity Monsters having two Attributes at the same time, and that the Materials share at least one of those Attributes. The following are the main rules regarding how to properly Polarity Summon an Polarity Monster.
1.) The Materials must share at least one of the Polarity Monster’s Attribute
2.) You’re able to Polarity Summon once the combined Levels of monsters you control with Attribute 1 minus the combined Levels of monsters you control with Attribute 2 equal the Stability of your Polarity Monster.
EXAMPLE:
Correct - Cyber Dragon (LIGHT, Level 5) with Junk Synchron (DARK, Level 3) make *Polarity Monster* (LIGHT / DARK, Stability 2)
Cyber Dragon is a LIGHT Level 5 monster. Junk Synchron is a DARK Level 3 monster. Since these will be our only Materials, we combine the total Levels of Attribute 1 (LIGHT) and subtract that with the combined total Levels of Attribute 2 (DARK). Cyber Dragon’s 5 minus Junk Synchron’s 3 makes a Stability 2 LIGHT/DARK Polarity Monster.
Incorrect - Junk Synchron (DARK, Level 3) with Cyber Dragon (LIGHT, 5) and Stygian Secruity (DARK, 1) make *Polarity Monster* (DARK / LIGHT Stability 3)
Because you combine the total Levels of Attribute 1, Junk Synchron and Stygian Security’s Levels will add before subtracting with Cyber Dragon. In truth, these three monsters make a Stability 1 monster, not 3. The correct method is to combine the total Levels of Attribute 1 (DARK) to make 4 and subtract that with the combined total Levels of Attribute 2 (LIGHT), being 5, to make a Stability 1 Polarity Monster.
