Title: [Scripted] More Singles for Submission

In addition to cleaning up the last 2 effects' texts, the user of "Accel Burst Dragon" cannot use non-Synchro monsters as Synchro Material during the turn on-Summon effect is applied, and the monster that effect Summons has its effects negated.

You can only Synchro Summon "Accel Burst Dragon" once per turn. When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Tuner from your Extra Deck (but negate its effects), also, you can only use Synchro Monsters as Synchro Material for the rest of this turn. Once per turn: You can target 1 Monster Card on the field you own; Special Summon it to your field. If this card leaves the field, destroy all Monster Cards in your Spell & Trap Zones.

When you activate this card, you can also banish 1 card from your hand; Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing Fusion Materials mentioned on it from either GY. Unless you also banished a card at activation, you must banish at least 1 Fusion Material from each GY. You can only activate 1 "Supreme Polymerization from Underground" per turn.
