Just something that came to me a little while ago. As always the effect is in the imgur page. Also i am willing to edit it if need be, but i wanna at least keep the when to if and vice versa effect. Speaking of which hopefully that effect is ok and not a ruling nightmare so bad its impossible to implement.

rejected due to immeasurable scripting and balance rammifications that cannot be changed without modifying the core concept of the card.
