Fiber VINE Nerfs

Description:
As of the recent BT Tournament 5, some of the following cards Were nerfed to keep the archetype locked into VINEs.

If you control no monsters, OR if all you control is a "Fiber VINE" monsters, except "Caterpetal of Fiber VINE", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You Special Summon 1 "Fiber VINE" monster from your hand. You can only use this effect of "Caterpetal of Fiber VINE" up to twice per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you use this effect or Special Summoned this card this way, except "VINE" monsters.You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Fiber VINE" Ritual or Evolute Monster you control; Until the End Phase, it gains 1000 ATK.

If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). and if you do that, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except "VINE" monsters.  If this card is Normal Or Special  Summoned; You can add 1 "Fiber VINE" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Ivy Butterfly of Fiber VINE". You can only use this effect of "Ivy Butterfly of Fiber VINE" once per turn.

Your opponent cannot target "Fiber VINE" Ritual Monsters you control with card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Leaf Private of Fiber VINE" once per turn.
● You can reveal this card in your hand; Tribute monsters from your hand or field, including this card, then Ritual Summon 1 "Fiber VINE" Ritual Monster or Ritual Pendulum Monster from your face-up Extra Deck whose Level exactly equals the total Levels of those monsters.
● You can banish this card from your GY; Shuffle "VINE" monsters from among your cards in your GY, and/or your face-up banished cards into the Deck, except "Leaf Private of Fiber VINE", then Ritual Summon 1 "Fiber VINE" Ritual Monster or Ritual Pendulum Monster from your face-up Extra Deck whose Level exactly equals the total Levels of those monsters.

You can only use each of the following effects of "Fang Lion of Fiber VINE" once per turn.
● You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 "Fiber VINE" monster from your hand or GY, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except "VINE" monsters.

You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Fiber VINE" monster in your GY; Add that target to your hand.

2 EARTH and/or Plant monsters
(Quick Effect): You can remove 4 E-Cs from this card, then target face-up monsters on the field, up to the number of other "Fiber VINE" monsters you control; those targets lose 300 ATK for each "Fiber VINE" monster you control. If this card battles a Special Summoned monster: You can negate that monster's effects, also, until the end of this turn, this card gains 300 ATK for each E-C it has, and if it does, that monster loses the same amount of ATK.You can only use each effect of "Fiber VINE Bloom Dragon" once per turn.
