Here are the first 21 cards of my first full set submission: The New Impact!

Here are the texts and effects of each of the cards:

Card Hunter of 'Set' - The Lawnmower
DARK/Level 10/Machine/ATK 1600/DEF 1600
You cannot Normal Summon a ''Card Hunter of'' monster with a different name or activate its effects the turn you Summon this card or activate its effects. There can only be 1 ''Card Hunter of'' monster on the field. Cannot be Special or Flip Summoned. Must be Normal Summoned by Tributing 5 face-down cards on the field, and cannot be Normal Summoned by other ways. When this card is Normal Summoned: Banish all face-down cards on the field face-down. While this card remains on the field neither player can place cards face-down. If your opponent places a card face-down while this card is in your hand (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; banish that card. For the rest of this duel neither player can use cards with the same name as that card.

Electric Boomerang
LIGHT/Level 4/Thunder/Tuner/Normal/ATK 1600/DEF 600
A boomerang made from pure electricity. According to legend it was created by Zaborg, the Monarch of Thunder during his younger days as a way to support him in battle. It is said that just one strike of this thing can paralyze anyone for years.

Water Boomerang
WATER/Level 4/Aqua/Tuner/Normal/ATK 1600/DEF 400
A boomerang made out of water from a clean mountain river. According to legend it was created by Mobius, the Monarch of Ice and Frost during his younger days as a way to support him in battle. It is said that the water the boomerang is made out of is so cold that simply a graze of it significantly weakens the body physically and the mind mentally.

Teleport Boomerang
DARK/Level 4/Psychic/ATK 1600/DEF 700
When this card is Normal Summoned: Banish it, unless you control at least 1 Tribute Summoned monster. During your next Standby Phase, if this card is banished you can Special Summon it.

Kybernetic Virus
WIND/Level 1/Insect/ATK 300/DEF 700
Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 non-Machine monster that you control, equip it with this card as an Equip Spell, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it. Neither player can negate the Special Summon of this card if Summoned that way. The equipped monster becomes Machine-Type and gains 1000 ATK during either player's Battle Phase only. Unaffected by your opponent's monster/Spell effects. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, you can equip this card to another face-up non-Machine monster on the field instead. If this card is equipped to an opponent's monster it loses 500 ATK and DEF instead of gaining 1000 ATK.

Volcanic Front-Scattershell
FIRE/Level 4/Pyro/ATK 500/DEF 1200
If this card is sent from the field to the GY, you can Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase, and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. If this card is your GY because it was sent there from your hand or Deck: During your Battle Phase you can add it to your hand. You can only activate this effect of ''Volcanic Front-Scattershell'' once per turn.

Volcanic Prison Guard
FIRE/Level 6/Pyro/ATK 2600/DEF 2550
Once per turn, if your opponent activates a card effect in the GY, you can negate that activation, then you can add 1 ''Volcanic'' monster from your GY to your hand. Each time a ''Volcanic'' monster is sent to your GY, inflict 200 damage to your opponent.

Volcanic Kiln Octopus
FIRE/Level 8/Pyro/ATK 2800/DEF 3000
(This card's name is also always treated as a ''Blaze Accelerator'' card, and is treated as ''Blaze Accelerator'' while on the field.)
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned from your hand by sending 1 face-up ''Blaze Accelerator'' you control to the GY. You can only activate the following 2 effects of ''Volcanic Kiln Octopus'' once per turn. You can send up to 3 ''Volcanic'' monsters from your hand, Deck, or field to the GY; place 1 Blaze Fuel Counter on this card for each card sent that way (max. 10). You can remove up to 10 Blaze Fuel Counters from this card; inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each removed counter. Then, at the End Phase of this turn you can add 1 ''Volcanic'' or ''Blaze Accelerator'' from your Deck to your hand.

Lava Glider
FIRE/Level 4/Pyro/Union/ATK 1850/DEF 1550
(This card is always treated as a ''Volcanic'' card.)
If you control a face-up ''Volcanic'' monster with ATK equal to or higher than 1800, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 ''Volcanic'' monster you control, equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK. Once per turn, during the End Phase while this card is equipped to a monster that you control: You can add 1 ''Volcanic'' monster from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. (If the equipped monster would be destroyed either by battle or by card effect, you can destroy this card instead.)

Volcanic Visionary
FIRE/Level 8/Pyro/ATK 2950/DEF 3000
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having 4 or more ''Volcanic'' monsters with different names in your GY, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Your opponent cannot activate cards and effects in response to the effects of ''Volcanic'' cards. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Pyro monster from your GY, and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. This turn that monster cannot declare an attack. If this card leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect, you can add 1 ''Volcanic'' card from your Deck to your hand and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Green Double-Barrel Fireplug
WATER/Level 6/Aqua/Tuner/ATK 2000/DEF 2500
You can Tribute 1 WATER or Aqua monster on the field; this card gains 500 ATK. You can pay 1000 LP; this turn this card can attack twice during the Battle Phase. You can only activate each effect of ''Green Double-Barrel Fireplug'' once per turn.

Lonely Hockey Player
DARK/Level 3/Fiend/Tuner/ATK 2300/DEF 2000
Cannot attack your opponent directly. While you control other face-up monsters this card cannot attack and its ATK becomes 0. You can banish this face-up card you control: Special Summon 1 Level 3 non-Tuner monster from your Deck. Negate its effects and destroy it during the End Phase of this turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate this effect.

Right Skeleton
EARTH/Level 2/Rock/Normal/ATK 0/DEF 2000
The right half of the skeleton of a jurassic creature. After newest researches it was found out that the creature died instantly through getting cut in half, possibly something long and sharp. Magic researchers agree to have found traces of dark magic in the cuts. What ever must have killed the creature was not natural. Locals warn of joining both halves of the skeleton back together because, otherwise, something awful will happen.

Left Skeleton
Same stats as Right Skeleton, also same flavor text as Right Skeleton except that the second word is replaced with 'left'.

Plague Beetle
DARK/Level 8/Insect/Pendulum/Normal/ATK 2800/DEF 2000
Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can destroy 1 Spell/Trap on the field, and if you do, you can Normal Summon 1 Insect monster from your hand, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set.

Flavor text: A mythical insect that carries every plague and disease. If somebody is affected with a disease, it is said that a plague beetle is nearby. Although plague beetles are said to be enormous, it nourishes itself of human skin. People said that they can let off steam that can flake off human skin for their consumption. Do you already feel how your skin falls apart?


Lightstar
LIGHT/Level 7/Thunder/Pendulum/Normal/ATK 2700/DEF 1600
Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can discard 1 Thunder monster; destroy 1 monster on the field.

Flavor text: It shines bright and clear, the Lightstar.
It is so wonderful,
it grants everyone every wish, except those who are evil in their hearts.
Their malice enrages it, so it radiates a light,
so bright and clear, it extinguishes the evil,
it is so wonderful.

- Researchers have examined this millennium-old legend and found out that the 'Lightstar' must be a star-shaped creature which to their first surprise consists of electricity and cosmic energy.

Escaped Alien Prisoner
WIND/Level 6/Reptile/ATK 2400/DEF 1700
Once per turn, if this card is in your GY, you can place 1 A-Counter on 1 monster on the field. (If a monster with an A-Counter battles an ''Alien'' monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter on it, during damage calculation only.) If this card is in your GY, you can Special Summon it. You can only activate this effect of ''Escaped Alien Prisoner'' once per duel.

Alien Dark Hole
EARTH/Level 8/Reptile/ATK 2700/DEF 2550
You can remove 3 or more A-Counters from anywhere on the field, then Special Summon this card from your hand. If Summoned this way, place 2 A-Counters on every monster your opponent currently controls. Once per turn: You can remove 16 A-Counters from the field, destroy all cards on your opponent's field. (Quick Effect) If your opponent activates a card effect in response to this effect, you can reveal 1 ''Alien'' card in your hand; negate that activation.

I.U.A. Fire Runner
FIRE/Level 4/Pyro/Normal/ATK 1900/DEF 1200
A sportsman of the intergalactic relay runnings. This one runs for his lava planet. He is so quick that the ground under his feet catches fire and melts which in turn hinders his opponents.

I.U.A. Water Runner
WATER/Level 4/Aqua/Normal/ATK 1900/DEF 1000
A sportsman of the intergalactic relay runnings. This one runs for his water planet. He is so quick that the ground under his feet combines with the water from his body and liquefies which in turn hinders his opponents.

I.U.A. Space Runner
DARK/Level 4/Psychic/ATK 1900/DEF 100
When this card is Summoned, you can banish it. If this banished card is Special Summoned: This turn this card can attack your opponent directly, but if it does, its current ATK is halved during that direct attack only.
