Monster Effect- Can only be used as Material for the Xyz or Synchro Summon of a WATER monster. Once per turn, you can send 1 'Ice Barrier' monster from your Deck to the GY; Change this monsters Level to the Level of the sent monster, until the End Phase of this turn. If used as Material for a Xyz or Synchro monster, that monster gets the following effect: Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to target a card your opponent controls; Banish it. This monster cannot attack the turn you use this effect.

Once per turn, you can tribute this monster; Special Summon, from your GY, 2 WATER monsters who's total levels are 7 or less. You can only Special Summon WATER monsters during the turn this effect is activated.
